Material and Surface Treatment
In the production process of pneumatic nail guns, the surface treatment of parts is very important. Careful treatment can significantly improve the performance and service life of the nail gun.
To further enhance the performance of our nail guns, we continually refine the surface treatment processes of key components. Through unique hard anodizing, blackening at 130°C to 150°C, and electrophoretic coating, MEX nail guns can withstand up to 300,000 nails without surface wear, offering over one year of rust protection under natural conditions.
